Dissonance
You can Fall and you can Redeem on In Nomine: Symphony & Silence MUSH. You can become an Outcast or Renegade, based on how much Dissonance or Discord you've gathered.
If you are a member of a specific Choir or Band, we expect you to act true to the way they are protrayed in the books. When you don't, Dissonance builds up, potentially turning into Discord, and that can at times lead to major reprecussions for your character from your fellow angels or demons. If anyone gains enough Dissonance, the staff may intervene with a Superior (or nudge a Superior who is being played by someone) to intervene. And as the books say, having a Superior intervene because of too much Dissonance is not always a good thing.
