All broken links on the site should be fixed. At today's date, there are almost twelve thousand links site-wide. Consider Uriel now mind-warped.
The art section has gotten a minor update, and some wording in the second page of the Compass was clarified. Still outstanding: some logs and updating the character section.

The site
is getting a mega logs update since
the last one, and it's still only 90% complete. It should have
been done earlier, even if there would have been less new content,
at least there'd be something. Work, course loads,
and minor computer scuffles have made time available for site
work pretty slim. That is not meant as an excuse, simply an
explanation.
A few new
art pieces have also been added, and the logs from the first
half of this year have been placed into archive. When doing
the new archiving, I realized I mangled part of the redirect
code which would have given people [the site's personalized]
404s if they waited for the redirect instead of clicking on
the redundant link.
The characters section is still outdated, though that and the remaining dozen logs are all that is outstanding. This should get corrected within the next few weeks when life returns to normal. Or what passes for it.

The majority of the logs submitted for March have been posted. A small handful remain left to be converted to the site layout, but they should be done sometime over the weekend.
A small change has been made to the
logs submission process. Here's the body of the post off of the MUSH:
Just a minor modification
to the submission process. Please send logs as attachment
files in plain text format (.txt), with the 'who, what, when,
where' either in the file itself or in the email body. I've
found out the hard way that email body formatting inserts
a hard return when word-wrapping a paragraph, and as a result
I have to nearly re-edit each log that comes in.
Logs can also be run through
a spell-checker (adding the character names as you go if needed)
if the submitter chooses. 98% of the time, what I get is what
I post. Unfortunately I don't have the time to fix every spelling
or grammatical error I spot, but I do fix the ones I see while
HTMLizing them. Questions or comments can be directed to me
[Uriel]. |

Another minor cosmetic change has been applied to the website. The navigation bar now has rollover images that work. We won't discuss the issues with getting them implemented.
There is a new section up, a soundtrack, which has been compiled by Raphael. This is only a listing of songs that he felt suited the group, person, or scene.
The characters section has gotten a massive update. There are currently eight characters that are not on the list due to having only one +finger field (maybe) filled in. Any questions regarding that can be directed to me, Uriel.
And finally, I've put up a few of the
news headlines up in the LiveJournal
community.
All that remains in the queue to be done is upload four more logs.
|
| 2005.03.04 |
Added three more logs for February and fixed a mislink from yesterday.
All that remains left to do is updating the characters section. If you've gotten a character, please be sure to fill in the +finger fields! See +bbread 7/37 (as of today's date) for full details.

Added four new logs, although there remains a handful left to post on the website.
|
| 2005.02.20 |
Added the
last log in the queue.
A new news file has been added -- News
XP. It outlines how you can go about earning some extra XP/CP
(Character Points).
|
| 2005.02.19 |
Added a large number of logs to the main section. One remains in the queue as I ran out of time before I had to go into work.
|
| 2005.02.05 |
Corrected some bad links within the logs section. To those that are webmasters: relative links are a good thing. Don't learn it the hard way like I am. :>

After looking over the error-prompting URLs, redirect pages for the now-archived 2004 logs have been put into place. These redirect files will remain until the next archiving process (since by that time bookmarks should be updated) and exchanged for those logs that will get moved.
New logs have been added both to the current logs section, as well as the 2004 archive.
One new piece has been added to the Player Art section.
The error documents have been set on the server and are now fully functional. The titlebar image also seems to be working as well.
|
| 2005.01.22 |
A partial website overhaul was done over the past few days, although there's only one visible change as most of it was on the code-side.
The 2004 logs have all been placed into their own archive, leaving the main logs page open for this year's new logs. For the moment the seminars will remain 'dateless' until there are a fair number of them, at which that point will prompt a seminar archive. The major TP scenes have also had the TP title included beside the log's date for easier identification.
The characters page has two new characters added, although there are more characters on the game itself but their +finger info is rather bare.
Common error documents have been created and will be implemented within the next couple of days. Theoretically a titlebar image has also been added, although it may be finicky and not work.
A new addition to this page will be plot teasers, as seen in the previous entry. They will usually show up when we're starting a new major story thread or continuing on one that's already been started.

TEASER
There's a point when everyone needs to decide the 'necessary' evil.
Where you decide, do the ends justify the means...
Or is no action excusable in the pursuit of your goal?
The good intentions of some can be the worst of consequences for others.
The worst intentions of others can be the best of solutions for others.
Be here, Friday January 21, 8-9:00pm EST.
Your intentions will shape the world.

Six
new logs
have been
added. That brings the
section up-to-date with submissions
for 2004. More can be added if they are sent in. *eyes the players
with logs*
The characters page still needs updating but I'm stopping for the evening.
Happy New Year!

| 2004.11.22 |
The characters page has been updated.
You may notice two new, small items on the main page. The first is support of our host, RPG-Works.net, for their excellent service. The second is that In Nomine: Symphony & Silence is now a Join the Saga [games] affiliate. Check them out if you're looking for a set of entirely originally themed MUSHes, from medieval times to futuristic exploration!

| 2004.11.15 |
Six more logs are up for grabs, primarily from the events of this past weekend.
|
| 2004.11.14 |
The official opening [scene] log has been posted, as well as the follow-up scene and a third log. Logs galore!
|
| 2004.11.12 |
The art section has four new submissions and three more logs are up as well.
|
| 2004.11.11 |
Updated Characters and added a handful of new roleplaying logs.
Outstanding jobs to do on the site: add new art submissions.
|
| 2004.11.01 |
Updated News: Staff, Characters, and added a few more roleplaying logs.
|
| 2004.10.26 |
Minor spelling and grammars edits done to the Compass of Attunement, and new roleplaying logs are up.
A minor cosmetic change occurred (take a closer look to your left) and keywords were added to all pages. Those do tend to help for search engines, don't they.
|
| 2004.10.21 |
Updated News: Forces again (the previous was for a typo), Characters, and two new roleplaying logs have been added.
|
| 2004.10.19 |
Updated a few pages on the website (Compass: Mechanics, Compass: Outset, News: Forces, Characters, Logs, Player Art) to reflect minor changes and new content.
Due to RL interference -- work can be so unpredictable at times, no? -- the official opening has been moved to this weekend starting Saturday October 23.

In Nomine: Symphony & Silence MUSH and website go live. Game will officially open Saturday October 16, 2004. |
